Care Instructions
Treat overlay with respect, as you would a real human face.
Do not overstretch eye or mouth openings.
Do not pull on any hair.
Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Hair may be gently brushed; avoid roots or wig edges.
Clean with warm soapy water and disinfect with isopropyl alcohol.
Hair can be washed with shampoo/conditioner and dried on low heat.
If silicone becomes shiny, wipe with isopropyl alcohol and apply translucent powder.
Repairs can be made with the MEDICFX Silicone Repair Kit (see YouTube instructional video: MEDICFX NZ).
Warranty
MEDICFX guarantees high-quality manufacturing and materials.
Any damage or fault must be reported within one week of receipt with photos.
Manufacturing faults will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Six-month warranty on silicone parts under normal gentle use.
Warranty excludes hair-work.
Each overlay is hand-painted, with small variations in paintwork and wigs possible.
